Refund policy

All artwork sales are FINAL. Customers are allowed to request an exchange for an equal value for artwork and apparel. 

Workshop tickets may be transferred to a future date if the participant can not make the event. Ticket transfer requests must be submitted before event start time of the ticket purchase.
